Tour Plan
Your adventure begins with a morning pickup from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe at 7:00 AM. After a briefing by your expert guide, we embark on a scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, passing through picturesque countryside, rolling hills, and lush tea plantations.
Along the way, we stop at the Equator for iconic photos, explore local markets, and enjoy a delicious lunch in Mbarara. As we approach Kabale and Kisoro, prepare for breathtaking views of the “Switzerland of Africa”, with its misty hills, crater lakes, and volcanic landscapes.

Wake up early for a hearty breakfast, then head to the park headquarters at 7:30 AM for a detailed briefing on gorilla trekking etiquette.
Accompanied by expert trackers, venture into the dense, ancient rainforest of Bwindi in search of one of the habituated gorilla families. Trekking times vary, ranging from 30 minutes to several hours, depending on the gorilla’s location. As you navigate the rugged terrain, keep an eye out for other primates, colorful birds, and rare plant species.
Once you find the gorillas, you’ll have one magical hour to observe their fascinating behaviors—from playful juveniles to the dominant silverback. Capture stunning photos and take in this profound wildlife experience.
After receiving your gorilla trekking certificate, we return to the lodge for lunch, then transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, one of Uganda’s most scenic destinations. Spend the evening unwinding with a lakeside sunset, a refreshing swim, or a canoe ride.
