Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe. As you journey westward, take in the scenic landscapes, including the rolling hills, traditional villages, and the iconic Equator Crossing. Lunch Enroute .As you approach the park, you’ll be greeted by the magnificent Rwenzori Mountains and the serene crater lakes. Upon arrival, check in at your accommodation and refresh before heading out for an evening game drive in the Kasenyi Plains, where you’ll encounter elephants, buffaloes, lions, and various antelope species retire as Cats stretch to star.

After an early breakfast, venture out for a morning game drive to spot early risers like leopards and other nocturnal wildlife. Following the game drive, return to your lodge for lunch and relaxation before setting off for a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, where you can observe wildlife in their natural habitat. Begin your day with an early start for chimpanzee trekking in the Kyambura Gorge, a hidden underground forest rich in biodiversity. Here, you will track chimpanzees through steep terrain, learning about the forest’s unique ecosystem along the way. The experience is both challenging and rewarding, as you get to witness these fascinating primates in their natural habitat.
After the trek, enjoy a delicious lunch and transfer to the Ishasha sector to search for the famous tree-climbing lions. These unique lions are often found lounging in the branches of fig trees during the hottest parts of the day. You’ll also have the chance to spot other wildlife, such as topis, elephants, and buffaloes.

After your game drive, begin your journey back to Kampala, with a stop for lunch at the Igongo Cultural Centre. Here, you can revisit the culture of the Ankole people before continuing your drive to Entebbe or Kampala, where you will arrive between 6–7 pm.
