Tour Plan

Arrival at Entebbe International Airport – meet your driver/guide and begin your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park (6-7 hours drive).
Drive through Uganda’s countryside, passing tea plantations, villages, and the scenic Rwenzori Mountains.
Arrive at Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s second-largest national park, home to over 95 mammal species and 600+ bird species.
Enjoy a relaxing evening at your lodge overlooking the savannah.

Meals: Dinner & overnight stay at the lodge

 

Early morning tea/coffee, then head out for a dawn game drive in the park.
Spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, hyenas, jackals, and bushbucks.
Return to the lodge for breakfast & relaxation.
Afternoon Boat Safari on the Kazinga Channel – see hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants, and buffaloes along the riverbanks.
Birdwatchers can enjoy over 600 bird species, including kingfishers, herons & African fish eagles.
Evening relaxation at your lodge.

Breakfast, then drive to the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Search for the famous tree-climbing lions, often found resting on fig tree branches.
Continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, arriving in the late afternoon.
Settle into your lodge in Bwindi, preparing for the gorilla trek the next day.

Early breakfast, then transfer to the park headquarters for a safety briefing by experienced rangers.
Start your gorilla trekking adventure—hiking through dense rainforest and rugged terrain to track a mountain gorilla family.
Once you find the gorillas, spend one unforgettable hour watching, photographing, and observing their behavior.
Enjoy a packed lunch in the jungle before returning to the lodge for a relaxing evening.

Meals: Breakfast, packed lunch, and dinner

Relaxed breakfast before starting your journey back to Entebbe/Kampala.
Scenic drive back through Uganda’s countryside (approx. 8-12 hours).
Drop-off at Entebbe International Airport or your preferred location.
